A conversation with a friend.
“Your future is here” has never been a scarier thought. At any age this idea can consume you, so don’t worry my dear friend… we understand the battle you’ve fought.
My dear friend, I know where you are, finding yourself impressed because you never knew that you could drown, in your own bed. Asphyxiating insomnia, it isn’t only in your head.
“Where do I go?” “What university do I study at?” “What should I specialize in?” or that moment you find yourself frozen, near numb when people ask who you are and what makes you special. Wait…
“WHO AM I?” … isn’t everyone special?
Find yourself first in the madness my friend.
It’s easy to get caught up in the world if you don’t have the tools to your own mental, emotional and physical fitness: so how about a year off from this bitterness?
And no, I’m not talking about packing a bag to go party it up on a beach on a self-proclaimed “self-discovery process”. What I’m suggesting is a program designed to bring out not only the best of your mind but consciously your body and soul are enhanced too. Let’s add in a splash or two of a river rafting rush or learning to listen to the pine trees whisper.
I’m going to ask you to turn off the technology, learning to lean on old fashioned communicating and comedy.
We can light a fire under the African sky and exchange all the reasons as to Who? How? When? What? And why? Foreign fingerprints or local footsteps in the sand below, finding out who you are: keeping in mind to Take. It. Slow.
A guided workshop to process the anger of “when”, or some yoga to remind you of the power within. Let’s change your diet and be conscious of what we eat, being the best version of you starts with your heartbeat.
I’d like to introduce you to “The Warrior Way” but leave you with a compass so that you’ll never go astray. Let’s mould a new version of you together, where family is the first priority: always and forever. In a field or next to a tree, jumping off a bridge or hiking by the sea. The adventure is alive in you, my dear friend, your dreams are not broken; this is not your dead end.
The truth is you don’t have to choose now, but the longer you wait, the more you’ll struggle to breathe. In bed at night or on a walk down the street, it’s all the same place of fear. I will understand if you don’t grasp it at first but trust me when I say dear friend, fear will never place you first.
Don’t let your fear take your dreams, discover where you’re supposed to go and who you were born to be. Up in a small corner of South Africa in the Magoebaskloof Valley.
My Dear friend, We can’t wait to meet you!
